Carl Genois
A mechanical engineer by training, Mr.Genois has worked in environmental protection engineering for 35 years. As President of Biomax Inc., he has set up more than 25 waste recovery plants with an annual capacity of more than 300,000 mt. per year. Mr.Genois is responsible for the engineering and construction of the project as well as its instrumentation and automation.
Marc Fortin, B.Sc.A
Mr.Fortin worked with Desjardins for over 35 years. He began his career as an agricultural financing advisor in Beauce, then became Director of Business Services in the Montreal area. In 1996, he became a trainer and business instructor for the Federation. His roles are Supervisor of Operations and Banking Relationships, Trainer, and Instructor for Employees.
Georges St-Cyr | B.A. Urb. Pl.
Mr.St-Cyr has more than 30 years of experience in operations management, strategic planning and business development for an SME that has become a leader in the highly regulated passenger transportation sector, of which he is one of the owners. During these years, he has been able to develop, deploy and optimize business processes at regional, national, and international levels. He also masters some knowledge in real estate. His role is to ensure follow-ups on all the company's objectives and activities.

Max-Émile Petitclerc, Trichome Farmer
Mechanical engineer by training and cultivator for over a decade. Mr.Petitclerc has been working in the cannabis industry since legalization and has participated in the establishment of two Micro-productions in Quebec. Commercial production, research into new genetics and the creation of new genetics are his main interests.
Louis Lallemand, Farmer and Processor
Louis Lallemand, Farmer and Processor Trained as a chef, he has always had a great passion for cannabis. Originally from Belgium, he has made many trips to Holland over the years to discover and talk about this plant. Genetic research and transformation are his main interests.
